CHALET ABEILLE

Chalet Abeille was built in 1850 and recently renovated, only minutes to Les Gets offering 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 12 guests. There is a kitchen, dining room, spacious lounge with wood fire and an inset balcony with views over Les Gets. Outside there is a 6-8 person hot tub as well as off road parking with free EV charge point. The free ski bus stops outside of the chalet and runs every 30 minutes from 8am.

GROUND FLOOR comprises of 3 spacious bedrooms and a small children’s snug. Bedroom 1 sleeps 2 guests in a super king bed and has a private ensuite shower room and a large walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed and has plenty of storage. This bedroom shares the large family bathroom with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 sleeps 4 guests, 2 in a super king bed and 2 in bunk beds. Bedroom 3 is a perfect family room or for 4 children to share. This bedroom shares the large family bathroom with bedroom 2. The bathroom has a bath and separate walk in shower. This floor also has a small children’s snug with beanbags and games to keep little ones entertained.

1ST FLOOR is open plan with the kitchen at the heart of the house, fully equipped with Siemens appliances, American fridge freezer, wine cooler, coffee machine, 2 ovens, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining room looks out over the garden and has double height ceilings with a large dining table for 12, a small children’s play area, and Smart TV. The chalet has a boot room with heated boot racks. The lounge offers double height ceilings, pleny of seating and a log burner.

2ND FLOOR. This is a large family suite with high pitched ceilings, huge windows and its own private staircase. Sleeping up to 4 guests, 2 in a super king bed and 2 in single pull out beds. This bedroom is en-suite with shower and bath, and there is plenty of storage with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

Chalet Abeille is heated by underfloor heating and has mechanical ventilation keeping the air filtered. There is private off road parking for 3 cars at the rear of the chalet including an EV charge point. 50 meters in front of the chalet is the free ski bus stop which runs daily every 30 minutes from 8am. The bus takes around 5-10 minutes to get into Les Gets. During heavy snow conditions it is possible to ski off piste back to the chalet from the Mont Chéry chair lift. This should only be attempted by competent skiers and is snow dependant.
